Pinnacle Brewing is a local family owned brewery opening April 2024 in North Scottsdale. We will be featuring 16 taps with a focus on traditionally inspired beers. Pinnacle is seeking motivated, dedicated, and creative individuals to be a part of the Taproom staff.

Job Description

Ample knowledge of craft beer

Ability to operate POS system, proficiency with Arryved is a plus

Verifying patrons identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A positive and team-oriented attitude

Ability to handle stress gracefully

Willingness to go above and beyond the job description

Complete all opening and closing responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner

Clean, change and tap kegs

Work behind the bar filling pints, and out on the floor as needed

Clean all glassware, and table tops including bussing used glasses from tables on the floor

Performing other brewery duties as assigned and requested

Qualifications

Must be 21 with at least 1 year experience in the hospitality industry, craft beer is a plus

Cicerone certification is a plus (Level 1 required to pass within 60 days of employment)

Friendly, personable and not shy, ability to build rapport with guests

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to work, evenings, weekends, and occasional holiday

Able to lift 40 pounds and stack/transport full kegs

Pay: $17.36 - $20.91 per hour
